What is confirmed for Sunday in Anaheim

TheFitExpo Anaheim is open Sunday, August 30, from 9:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. at the Anaheim Convention Center, Hall B, according to the organizer. Visit Anaheim independently lists the August 29–30 event at the same venue. The organizer says guests and sessions are subject to change, so people heading over should check the live schedule and ticket information before traveling rather than relying on a saved screenshot.

A few Sunday sessions to know about

The current schedule lists strength and physique competitions throughout the day, including powerlifting, natural bodybuilding, calisthenics and functional-fitness events. Participatory programming includes an 11:30 a.m. strength, balance and recovery mini-workout, TRX activities from noon to 2 p.m. and again from 2 to 5 p.m., a 2:15 p.m. athlete bootcamp and a 3 p.m. TRX circuit. Cooking demonstrations and athlete panels run alongside the activity areas. Times can change, and some experiences require a separate ticket.

Treat the expo as discovery, not proof

A convention floor is useful for comparing training formats, equipment, gyms, recovery services and nutrition ideas in one place. It is not evidence that every claim made at a booth works for every person. Ask what a product or service is designed to do, what independent evidence supports the claim, what it costs after the event and what risks or limitations apply. Be cautious with guaranteed transformations, cure language or pressure to buy before you can verify the details.

Join active demonstrations with a plan

The organizer says participants in active classes must sign a liability waiver. A waiver does not replace good judgment: ask whether the session fits your experience, learn the movement before adding speed or load and use an available modification when needed. Stop for sharp pain, dizziness, chest pain, unusual shortness of breath or another concerning symptom. Call 911 for a medical emergency; an event coach, wellness directory or news article cannot diagnose an injury or illness.

Keep recovery practical after the event

Trying several demonstrations in a crowded hall can add more activity than a normal Sunday. Hydration, adequate food, sleep and a gradual return to usual training remain the foundation of recovery. Massage or bodywork may be part of a personal routine, but it does not replace evaluation for a suspected injury or acute illness. When comparing a provider, look for clear service descriptions, relevant credentials, professional boundaries and straightforward pricing and cancellation terms.
