Professional services only
Listings must describe lawful wellness, bodywork, fitness, recovery, grooming, or related professional services. NOCTI does not allow escort services, sexual services, or content that disguises prohibited services as wellness.
Accurate information
Names, locations, service descriptions, qualifications, business details, and contact methods must be accurate and not intentionally misleading. Providers should only claim licenses, certifications, or professional credentials they actually hold.
Listing approval means NOCTI reviewed a profile for publication. It does not by itself confirm a professional license, certification, background check, service outcome, or current availability. Any credential status shown by NOCTI must identify the specific credential that was checked.
Photos
Every public or access-controlled photo must be suitable for a professional wellness directory. Nudity, sexually suggestive content, offers of sexual services, illegal activity, impersonation, or deceptive imagery are not permitted. New provider photos remain hidden until moderation approval.
External information and fair review
An appearance on another website, directory, social platform, or search result is not by itself proof of misconduct and will not cause automatic rejection. NOCTI uses specific evidence and manual review, may request clarification, and records the reason for any decision under these standards.
Respect and safety
Harassment, discrimination, threats, coercion, fraud, unsafe conduct, or attempts to evade platform moderation are not permitted. Providers are responsible for following laws and professional requirements that apply to their services and location.

One authentic listing
A provider should maintain one accurate active listing unless NOCTI explicitly permits another arrangement. Duplicate, copied, spam, or impersonation listings may be removed.
Professional and business profiles stay separate
A business may invite a professional to show an affiliation, but the connection is not public until the professional accepts. A business owner cannot edit, transfer, or control a professional's personal profile. Either participant may ask NOCTI to review or remove an inaccurate affiliation.
Credential labels
Credential numbers and review notes are handled as private verification information. If NOCTI confirms a credential, the public label identifies the specific credential, issuer or jurisdiction, and check date where appropriate. It does not imply a broader background check, endorsement, or guarantee.
Direct contact
NOCTI helps clients discover providers and contact them directly. Providers are responsible for their own scheduling, pricing, service agreements, payment collection, cancellations, and client communications outside NOCTI.

Moderation
Listings and photos may be approved, rejected, suspended, reinstated, or removed based on these standards, safety concerns, complaints, or applicable requirements. NOCTI may request clarification or changes before publishing content.
Keeping information current
Providers should update their listing when their location, contact information, availability, services, or professional status changes. Repeatedly outdated or unreachable listings may be suspended to protect directory quality.
