Professional services only
Listings must describe lawful wellness, bodywork, fitness, recovery, grooming, or related professional services. NOCTI does not allow escort services, sexual services, or content that disguises prohibited services as wellness.
Accurate information
Names, locations, service descriptions, qualifications, business details, and contact methods must be accurate and not intentionally misleading. Providers should only claim licenses, certifications, or professional credentials they actually hold.
Photos
Photos must be suitable for a professional wellness directory. Images may not contain explicit sexual content, nudity intended to sexualize the listing, illegal activity, impersonation, or deceptive imagery. New provider photos remain private until moderation approval.
Respect and safety
Harassment, discrimination, threats, coercion, fraud, unsafe conduct, or attempts to evade platform moderation are not permitted. Providers are responsible for following laws and professional requirements that apply to their services and location.
One authentic listing
A provider should maintain one accurate active listing unless NOCTI explicitly permits another arrangement. Duplicate, copied, spam, or impersonation listings may be removed.
Direct contact
NOCTI helps clients discover providers and contact them directly. Providers are responsible for their own scheduling, pricing, service agreements, payment collection, cancellations, and client communications outside NOCTI.
Moderation
Listings and photos may be approved, rejected, suspended, reinstated, or removed based on these standards, safety concerns, complaints, or applicable requirements. NOCTI may request clarification or changes before publishing content.
Keeping information current
Providers should update their listing when their location, contact information, availability, services, or professional status changes. Repeatedly outdated or unreachable listings may be suspended to protect directory quality.
