What NOCTI is
NOCTI is a directory and local-search service for discovering independent men’s wellness, bodywork, grooming, fitness, recovery, skincare, and related professional providers. NOCTI does not provide wellness services, employ listed providers, book appointments, process payment for provider services, or take a commission from provider-client transactions.
Search results from third parties
NOCTI may display nearby business or place information from third-party location-data providers, including Google Maps Platform. Third-party results are informational and are not treated as NOCTI-approved provider listings unless the provider separately claims, submits, and passes NOCTI review. Google Maps content remains subject to Google's applicable terms.
Independent providers
Providers control their own services, schedules, pricing, qualifications, and client relationships. A listing or approval on NOCTI is not a guarantee of results, availability, licensing status, insurance coverage, or suitability for a particular client.
Acceptable use
Users may not use NOCTI for unlawful activity, harassment, impersonation, fraud, scraping that disrupts the service, malware, or attempts to bypass account or moderation controls.
Professional-only listings
Provider listings must describe lawful professional wellness or bodywork services. NOCTI does not permit escort services, sexual services, explicit sexual content, or deceptive descriptions intended to disguise prohibited services.
Accounts and moderation
NOCTI may review, reject, suspend, remove, or require changes to listings or accounts that violate platform standards, create safety concerns, contain misleading information, or expose the platform to legal or operational risk.
Messages, blocking, and safety review
Members must use messaging lawfully and respectfully. Participants may block a conversation or report spam, harassment, impersonation, or safety concerns. Authorized staff may review the content of a reported conversation while the report remains open, and that access is logged. NOCTI does not offer staff unrestricted routine access to private conversations.
User content
Providers retain ownership of content they submit. By submitting listing text and photos, providers give NOCTI permission to host, display, resize, format, and distribute that content as necessary to operate and promote their listing and the directory.
Service availability
NOCTI may change, suspend, or discontinue features and may correct errors or remove content. During the launch period, provider listings are offered without a mandatory listing fee. Future optional premium features may be introduced separately.
Contact and disputes
Questions about these terms, account actions, or content removal requests should be sent through the official contact method published by NOCTI. Provider-client disputes concerning services arranged off-platform are primarily between the provider and client.
