Ask questions before meeting. During hands-on services, you can request a change in pressure, positioning or draping, or stop the session at any time.

Published means the public profile and cover passed NOCTI's publication safety review. It does not by itself confirm identity, a license, background check, service outcome or current availability.
What to expect
Your appointment begins with a brief conversation about your preferred pressure, areas of tension and goals for the session. Jayden will personalize the massage for relaxation, focused muscle work, mobility or post-workout recovery. Expect a private, welcoming and unhurried experience with clear communication throughout your visit.
Included and not included
Your appointment includes a brief consultation and personalized professional massage for the confirmed session length. Pressure and focus areas may be adjusted at any time. Only the massage and bodywork services discussed and confirmed before the appointment are included.
How to prepare
Please arrive freshly showered and on time. Stay hydrated and avoid a heavy meal immediately before your appointment. Tell Jayden about any injuries, allergies, recent procedures, sensitivities or areas you would like avoided
Payment and deposit

Cancellation
Please provide at least 1 or 2 hours’ notice when canceling or rescheduling. Late cancellations and missed appointments may result in the loss of the deposit. Contact Jayden as soon as possible if an emergency occurs.
Arrival and parking
I have parking spot for you . The exact Los Angeles location, parking details and private entry instructions will be provided after your appointment is confirmed. Please message me when you arrive and wait for entry instructions. Mobile clients should provide accurate parking and building-access information in advance.
Professional boundaries
Professional massage and therapeutic bodywork services only. Privacy, consent, respectful communication and appropriate conduct are required throughout every appointment. Jayden or the client may pause or end the session if a boundary is crossed or either person feels uncomfortable.
