What to expect
Every appointment begins with a private consultation to discuss your skin, grooming preferences, concerns, and desired results. All facials, skin care treatments, eyelash services, and permanent makeup services are available to men and women. Treatments are customized for your skin type, including oily skin, acne, clogged pores, dryness, sensitivity, sun damage, and signs of aging.
Included and not included
Your appointment includes a personal consultation, customized professional treatment, sanitation, and aftercare guidance. Men’s services may be adjusted for thicker skin, facial hair, shaving sensitivity, excess oil, clogged pores, or acne. Products, upgrades, corrective work, touch-ups, and eyelash removal are not included unless listed in the booked service.
How to prepare
Please arrive with a clean face and avoid heavy makeup when possible. Men should avoid shaving immediately before a facial if their skin becomes easily irritated. Stop using retinol, strong acids, or exfoliating products 3–5 days before facial treatments. For lash services, arrive without mascara or eye makeup. Inform us about allergies, medications, recent procedures, pregnancy, or sensitive
Payment and deposit
A deposit may be required to reserve your appointment and will be applied toward the final service total. The remaining balance is due on the appointment date. Pricing may vary based on the selected men’s or women’s service, treatment customization, upgrades, or corrective work. Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred once with sufficient notice.
Cancellation
Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice when cancelling or rescheduling. Late cancellations, same-day changes, and missed appointments may result in the loss of the deposit. A new deposit may be required to book another appointment. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to shorten or reschedule their service.
Arrival and parking
Please arrive 5–10 minutes before your appointment. Free parking is available near the studio. Detailed entry and suite instructions will be provided after your appointment is confirmed. Enclave Beauty is conveniently located in Santa Ana near South Coast Metro, Costa Mesa, Tustin, Irvine, and surrounding Orange County communities.
