The FDA approved talazoparib (Talzenna) plus enzalutamide for adults with a specific metastatic prostate cancer that has HRR gene mutations, found with an FDA-authorized test. In the TALAPRO-3 trial of 599 patients, the combo significantly delayed cancer growth on scans compared with enzalutamide alone. UMass Amherst political scientists surveyed 1,000 U.S. adults and found that people with more sexist views were far more likely to support banning trans athletes: about 79% of the most sexist respondents agreed, versus 28% of the least sexist.
